Why it matters.
Studies have shown that there is a direct correlation between engaged employees, productivity and profitability. Studies also show that only about 30% of our workforce is actually engaged. This leaves a lot of room for improvement. Strong leadership is an essential element in re-engaging our workforce and increasing productivity and profitability.
Leadership is not just about a corporate role but about being better equipped to communicate, influence and collaborate with our peers, friends and loved ones. Leaders who are self-aware and empathetic can more readily improve their relationships both professionally and personally.
Motivation.
Leadership has been an important element in my journey to overcome adversity and to achieve success in my career and in my personal interaction with others. As a leader, it's not only my duty to train other leaders, but it's my passion and my life's work. I learned to be a leader the hard way through trial and error. My goal is to minimize the learning curve for others by providing an actionable, and repeatable framework that is easy to understand, and easy to implement.
